Upcoming clinics for 2009:
The fee is $99.99 plus Gst. for the year. You may take as many clinics as you wish (each clinic is for two months) and come back anytime (or keep running with us) within a year for this cost. We run every Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.

Beginner Clinics:
Monday, March 2nd
Monday, May 4th
Monday July 6th
Monday Sept. 7th
Monday, Nov. 2nd.
This clinic is a 5k walk/run, running twice a week from the store, for approx. 1 hour. Proper running form is taught along with unique methods to make the transition from walking to running comfortable but doeable. Individual coaching is provided but at the same time, group interaction is encouraged. It's fun, it's a good workout and you'll be amazed by the friends you meet the the results you achieve. At the end of each clinic (8 weeks) we have a scheduled "fun run" and night out, to celebrate your running.

5-10k clinics:
Monday, July 6th
Monday, Nov. 2nd
This clinic is for those who already run 5k, non stop, and wish to increase your milege to 10k. It runs twice a week from the store for approx. 1 hour. Each week, your milege will be increased by 1/2 to 1k. At the end of 8 weeks, you'll be running 10k. A "fun run" and night out is scheduled at the end of the clinic, to celebrate your achievement.

Full and half Marathon clinics:
We have two marathon clinics for the year. The cost is $89.99, plus Gst, for each clinic. The clinic is 16 weeks long. We run every Monday, Tuesday (speed work, optional) Wednesday, Thursday at 6:00 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 8:00 a.m. in the winter, 7:00 a.m. in the summer. The clinic dates are:
Saturday, Jan. 3rd
Saturday, July 4th
* Note: Once you take a clinic and you would like to take the same clinic again, it is $45.99, plus gst. (i.e. if you take a half marathon clinic and then take another one at any other time, it is half price, each subsequent time you take it).

Upcoming races: WE sponsor the Run for the Toad on October 3rd. If you are interested in running this trail race then you must register early. It gets booked pretty fast. The website is: www.runforthetoad.com
