Registration Information
Race brochures can be picked up all Runner's Den locations, and at most running stores across southern Ontario. Race brochures can also be requested by calling the Runner's Den in Hamilton (905 523 7866) or by e-mailing info@runnersden.com. Race registration forms are accepted at both Hamilton locations of the Runner's Den, either in person, or via mail. You can find maps and mailing addresses for all Runner's Den locations by selecting the "Contacts" link from the header menu on this website. You can also register online at www.eventsonline.ca, by selecting "Events" from the left hand menu, and scrolling down to September 18th. Please remember that you will have to obtain a hard copy of the registration brochure in order to have a pledge form for fundraising. Extra pledge forms can be picked up at all Runner's Den store. Student (under 19) $15.00
Race Day Registration: Add $5 to posted race fee
Race Kit Pick-up Thursday October 14th and Friday October 15th at Runner's Den Westdale (860 King St. W). Race day race kit pick-up from 8:30am to 9:15am at Westdale High School, October 16th.
Pledges are accepted after October 13th at the Runner's Den Westdale (860 King St. W.). Pledges must be submitted by 9:00 am October 16th to qualify for "Pledge Prizes".
No guarantee of race shirts for registrations received after October 2nd
