Race brochures can be picked up at both Hamilton locations of the Runner's Den, and at all Phoenix Fitness locations. Race brochures can also be requested by calling the Runner's Den in Hamilton (905 523 7866) or by e-mailing info@runnersden.com. Race registration forms are accepted at both Hamilton locations of the Runner's Den, and all Phoenix Fitness locations. You can find maps to all Runner's Den locations by selecting the "Contacts" link from the header menu on this website. Maps to Phoenix Fitness locations are available at www.phoenixfitness.ca. You can also enter online at www.eventsonline.ca, by selecting "Events" from the left hand menu, and scrolling down to September 18th.

Registration open at race site from 7:30am to 8:45am on Race Day, Sept. 18th
Race Day Registrations will be ACCEPTED - arrive early
No guarantee of race shirts for registrations received after September 10th
