From Toronto:
QEW Westbound to Burlington. Take HWY403 West to Hamilton. Exit at the Main Street West exit, and turn left onto Main Street West. Follow Main Street West past McMaster University. You will find Phoenix Fitness on your left (1685 Main St West) after Ewen Road.
From London/Brantford:
HWY 403 East to Hamilton. Exit at Aberdeen. Turn Left onto Longwood, and left onto Main Street West. Follow Main Street West past McMaster University. You will find Phoenix Fitness on your left (1685 Main St West) after Ewen Road.
