Doug Flis is one remarkable individual. After retiring from Canada Post, he decided to pursue his dream of opening a retail operation. A passion for running, combined with his desire to operate his own operation and mixed in with unbridled energy, had him approach Esther and Gord about the possibility of opening a Runner's' Den in the growing town of Grimsby. If you are out Grimsby way, stop by the store and invite Doug out for a run. He will not make you feel indadequate despite a running resume that is most impressive.
