DID YOU KNOW
Warm-ups and cool downs, including stretching, should be undertaken both before and after a running session.
If you have sustained an injury in the past consult a professional for advice about appropriate exercises to perform.
Runners, particularly women and girls, should ensure that their diet is nutritionally balanced.
Recreational runners should not run too far a distance per week. If fitness is your overall goal, intersperse running with other activities, such as cycling or swimming.

Runner's Den - Run/Walk
Clinics
The
heart and soul of Runner's Den lies in our clinics. It is the reason
we began our store in 1996. We hoped that we would be able to help lead
people into a healthier, fun filled lifestyle. Our clinics have now
seen over 2,500 people come in and complete at least one course with
us.

Our
clinics are not just for athletes. We have seen shy, inactive people
become vibrant and enthusiastic walkers and runners with a renewed
zest for life. A healthy way to meet new friends as well and achieve
new goals.
Please call to call to confirm the exact starting date of the clinic
that interests you, or call to have any questions answered.
