Novice Schedule
· The
following schedule is a guideline, I will be happy to discuss and
change the schedule to suit your needs. The schedule includes all
levels {notice level 1 does not run on Fridays}. If you miss a run
or workout, don’t panic you will be fine. Enjoy the runs, enjoy your
running partners, and enjoy the journey! Together we will go the
distance!
· The
best advice is to be sure your long runs are slow & easy, the
purpose of the run is to build endurance. Use the long run to
prepare for race day, and by that I mean practice proper nutrition
before the run, during the run with water, gels, walk stops etc.
Train is as if you where racing, ALL except the pace, go slow and
easy.
